Very prompt delivery, crate was a little beat up 1 post was hanging out and was pressed up to the side of the trailer wall, took a little bit of fanagling to get it out of the semi trailer,started the assembly and the 2 of the cables were switched on the pulley, had to take the bolts out that hold the cable on the pulleys to swap cables on the pulley, which was fine BUT, when they welded the cable holders in place they welded the bolt to the nut, so had to work at it pretty hard to get the cable swapped over so it matched the picture in the instructions, which brings me to the instructions, they should be in color instructions not a photo copy, was hard to see the very vague instructions. I had 4 guys help me and we got it together in about 3 to 4 hours, would of been under 3 if we didnt struggle with swapping cables and the cable guard bolts, overall GREAT LIFT though

Been using this both for storing 2 vehicles above & below, and maintaining cars for about a year now. Has held up great and really made our 2 car garage into a simple 3 car garage solution (and much cheaper than adding on more garage space!). Our ceiling is 10'6" if you are worried about height for stacking cars. Less than that would be a real question on fitting them in (depending on vehicles). Installation took less than a day with just a little help setting the main ramp runners in place. This was the only thing keeping this from being a 1 person set up. Shipping was super fast... had it in 2 days. Really happy with the purchase, and been a joy tinkering on cars on weekends with this lift! Casters are nice for easily moving it around... drip trays work just fine keeping the vehicle below clean (old cars are a little drippy no matter how hard you try it seems). Instructions are a little sketchy but watch some YouTube videos (lots out there) and you'll be fine. Now if owning this goodness could only make me a better mechanic! ;-)

I can't really find anything seriously wrong with these. I purchased two and am now purchasing two more.
Some folks here say the directions are skimpy, they are but common sense prevales, Very simple to put together. Took me six hours for the first one and two hours for the second.
You can just reverse the ramp ends if you want to keep the motor out from the wall. Pretty simple, bolt pattern will allow that easily. no modifications are needed.

Only thing I disliked was having to assemble a much as I did. The delivery was great and worked with us. It looks so nice and professional.

The product came packaged well and easy to unload. It was simple to construct even though instructions provided were very vague. I would suggest 4 persons to set main pieces due to the weight but after that it can be completed with one. Very satisfied

Very heavy, which can be a good thing.Great shipping, and customer services with delivery. Definitely recommend help with setting this lift up. Instructions were very vague,but helpful.I love the mobility of this unit.

Lifted an SL550 Mercedes to park a Mercedes GT63 under it. Worked perfect. Very sturdy and easy to maneuver. You need a couple of big guys to help lift the columns and runners.

Built a lot cheaper than ones friends have. But, the price was good and it's still decent. I wouldn't put a heavy car on it if it weren't bolted in place. I can move it without the roller units put on.

Installation was simple for me, did it alone. After installation, the first thing I lifted was a 3/4 ton truck, 10,000 lbs plus—worked just fine. Was tired of laying down to work on a car/truck. Had a problem at first—would not lift the 3/4 ton truck. Called customer support and they walked me right through adjusting the pump pressure, and it lifted the truck. I would recommend—great bang for the buck.

Looks well made. Heavy enough to seem strong enough. It has not been assembled yet as we are waiting on a friend who is going to assist. My rating is strictly on appearance..... unfortunately it sustained several scraped and gouges during shipping. We guess that is to be expected when it travels that far.
